Modifications to requirements for Second Buildings on Corner Lots and Through Lots; Section 134.f
Elimination of 207.G; Eligibility requirements for density exceptions in RH districts; Eliminated the requirement that property owners show they have owned the lot for a minimum of 1 year prior to seeking the density exception.
Elimination of the Corona Heights Large Residential Special Use District (Section 249.77)
Elimination of the Central Neighborhoods Large Residence Special Use District (Section 249.92)
Modifications to 317 related to historic buildings
