APPROVED: Ord 231258: Housing Production

UPDATE: This ordinance was approved by the Board of Supervisors on 3-12-24 and signed by the Mayor on 3-22-24.

Ordinance 231258 was introduced on 12-4-23 by the Mayor.

This legislation would amend the Planning Code to include:

• Replace "building permit" with "planning entitlement" in Section 311

• Require that 311 notice procedures apply to the Chinatown Mixed Use District

• Require that objective design standards for large lot developments be prepared and made specific to particular districts.
