Ordinance 210866 was introduced on 7-27-21 by Supervisor Mandelman.
This legislation amends the Planning Code to permit lots in RH zoning districts to construct up to 4 dwelling units per lot. This legislation was amended to permit 6 units on corner lots, but requires use of this ordinance to be by property owners who have owned their properties for 5 years or more. Also, some units will be subject to rent control.
