Ordinance 240927 was introduced on 9-24-24 by Mayor Breed and Supervisor Dorsey.
This ordinance would exempt office-residential conversions In C-2 and C-3 zones from development impact fees and inclusionary housing fees. It would also allow previously approved projects to apply for relief for these same exemptions.
