Ordinance 241087: Development Fee Waivers

UPDATE: This ordinance was filed on 11-5-24 and was referred to the Budget and Finance Committee for review on 11-14-24.

Ordinance 241087 was introduced on 11-5-24 by Mayor London Breed and Supervisor Dorsey.

This ordinance would waive certain development impact fees in the Market and Octavia Area Plan that were approved prior to January 1, 2025.

If approved, this ordinance would allow ADU units to be sold separately as condominiums.

If approved, this ordinance would allow tourist hotel and motel rooms to be used for Interim Housing.

If approved, this ordinance would allow certain Below Market Rate (BMR) units to be resold at higher prices.
