UPDATE: This legislation passed the Senate on 5-19-22 and was sent to the Assembly Committee on Housing and Community Development but the author cancelled the first hearing on 6-15-22 and is now inactive.
SB 1335 was introduced on 2-18-22 by Assembly Member Eggman.
This bill would prohibit using credit history to deny housing if the person receives federal, state, or local housing subsidies.
